Some account details — such as your full name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your verified identity. If you need to update your email address or contact number, please reach out to our support team. Changes to sensitive account details may require additional identity verification for security purposes.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting zpjili support. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant — your zpjili balance is updated in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay are also usually processed within minutes. To withdraw, log in to your zpjili account and navigate to the Cashier section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Note that your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are typically faster once your account is fully verified.

zpjili does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transactions. We recommend checking with your bank or GCash/PayMaya account for their applicable charges. zpjili absorbs its own processing costs so more of your winnings stay in your pocket.

First, check your GCash, PayMaya, or bank app to confirm the transaction was successfully sent. If the deduction happened on your end but your zpjili balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact our support team at [email protected] and provide:
  • Your zpjili registered email
  • The transaction reference number
  • The amount and date/time of the transaction
  • A screenshot of the successful payment confirmation
