2.2 Geographic Restrictions. zpjili is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. 2.3 Excluded Persons. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zpjili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zpjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify zpjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Verification. zpjili may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zpjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits. zpjili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zpjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's name.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on zpjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may they request withdrawals to accounts not registered in their own name. Any attempt to do so may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
5.1 zpjili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, zpjili's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. zpjili's decision in such matters is final.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the zpjili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zpjili content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zpjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 zpjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 zpjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 zpjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using zpjili, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 zpjili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and zpjili cannot guarantee absolute security.
